Windows 10: Windows 10 edition

Hello everyone i wish i get help.I have a windows laptop. Brand cherry-ze001. This laptop came with windows 10 build inside. It's not like a full package of windows 10 it's similar but more simple and lite. allow the touch screen and tablet mode and all features on my 2/1 laptop. I deleted all data on hard desk and installed a new windows 10 pro. It's installed but it seems not compatible with my laptop most of features doesn't work like touch screen and wifi and tablet mode. So can anyone please tell me with edition exactly should i install of windows 10. Or how to download it and from where

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
