    Hi,I have recently purchased a used laptop. When purchasing it, the seller reset it but I did not realize that it had Windows 10 Education installed on it. Then it asked to be activated which I could not do because I do not have a product key. This was a bit odd to me as I am not very well versed in technology and ended up spending some time researching about product keys and whatnot.I realize now that I probably just have to purchase a new operating system. However, I am confused about how my previous laptop had Windows 10 education on it without restrictions. I do not have any school account

    Refurbished Laptop with Windows 10 - Zwift won't launch

    Hi,

    I have a laptop which has been refurbished with Windows 10 as operating system. I'm unable to launch "zwift" software even though laptop meets specification requirements for using zwift. I have updated drivers, checked for windows updates and cleared all
    cookies/ temp internet files. One test suggest there is a compatibility issue - any suggestions please.

    Windows 10 upgrade on a refurbished business laptop

    Hi,

    I've just ordered a Windows 7 laptop which is a refurbished business laptop. Will the laptop be eligible for the free Windows 10 upgrade?

    I'm assuming somehow the license changes from a business to a consumer version under the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher Program?
