    WINDOWS 10 EDUCATION


    I purchased an Acer laptop with Windows 10 Education not knowing that in order to activate it I'd have to be using it in a school. I purchased it with this OS because I couldn't find a laptop in my price range that had JUST Windows 10 Home; the all had 10 S MODE. Up until yesterday, I did not know you could have 10 S MODE turned off and get 10 HOME installed instead. Rather than have to buy a new laptop with 10 HOME, can I do the same thing with the laptop I have: "turn off Education" and get 10 HOME installed or do I have to do a clean install. Thank you for any help you can provide.
