Windows 10: Windows 10 Email App is the Worst Ever

After several years of trying to make it work, I am giving up on the Windows Mail app.


Microsoft has had years to get it right and apparently just doesn't care enough to make this thing work. Some problems:


1. Doesn't always allow cut and paste. If you cut and paste three or four times, it stops allowing it. You have to shut the app down. Reopen it and then it works fine.

2. Takes forever to load.

3. Does not find old emails in files, but when you go to Gmail, they are right there.

4. Does not always print emails.


I had high hopes for it because of its clean and uncomplicated look. However, I am now uninstalling it because I've wasted too much time trying to make a defective product productive. Regrettably having to go back to Outlook.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions
