    Windows 10 Email Client: Half of Emails Don't Sync!


    Cheerful Greetings!For the past few months, half my emails are coming in with full headings but not the actual message. How odd is it that some emails come through just peachy but many don't? This isn't just my Windows 10 email program/account... my 90 yr. old mother has same exact issue. I've contacted ATT/YAHOO several times via online chat, phone calls & emails. As usual, they just spin me around in circles and nothing gets resolved.But, since I've noticed some other unusual app changes I wonder if it's possible it's a Windows 10 Email App Program issue? If it's affecting both my accou

    To assist you better, please provide us with information below:


    • Are you referring to the syncing of emails in Windows live mail or
      Mail App or mail client version of Outlook?

    If you are referring to the Windows Mail App, I suggest you to follow the steps under the section
    Change your email sync duration in the below link and check if the email are syncing.

  3. Need a Email Client ASAP.

    Outlook and Thunderbird are the best here however they crash sometimes and load your PC way too much.

    You can try a free email client called EmailTray. No calendar or tasklists, no fancy bells and whistles, just an email client which is lightweight and easy to setup and use. It can track all kinds of email accounts. It offers custom rules just like most email clients do. You can actually forget about any rules and break down all emails by sender - just switch to the 'By sender' mode.

    No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions
