Windows 10: Windows 10 Email & System Notification Lag

Hello!I have a problem with my notification email. Not only notification email, but also the system notifications. Whenever a notification pops up, the sound is delayed and plays with a crack / distorted sound in the beginning. This is kind of irritating to be heard. Do you know what seems to be the problem causing it? Below is the link of the sound that I mean. But, other sounds are perfectly fine except notification sounds. Email notifications problem

Hello all!
After 3 years i opened my very very old email and saw all techpowerup notifications in there.
After deleting all notifications, i wanted to unsubscribe from receiving email, but the problem was that after unsubscribing, i still received emails! I dont want to unsubscribe from the threads in this forums, i just dont want to receive emails.
How can i remove email notifications?

I changed this and nothing changed at all

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
