Windows 10 "English" or "International English" ?

I am trying to download Windows 10 ISO (November Update) from Tech-Bench (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench). In the language option there are two different option "English" and "International English". I am from India, which
one should I choose?

What is the difference between English & International English? What is International English? Is it the UK/GB version of English? Which one is US version?

 

Windows 10 "English" or "International English" ?

You should choose the English that is closest to the Queens English since India was once a part of the British Empire (grammar, writing, spelling is a bit different from American English). In the Caribbean, we use English that is closest to the UK English.
Your best option would be to choose International English if you speak it in your region.

Indeed. If you are a UK user then choose English International. I find this galling since we speak the Queen's english.
