Windows 10: Windows 10 Enterprise and DirectX 12?

Hey everyone. I'm building a gaming rig and I have access to Windows 10 Enterprise through work which I can install on a home computer. However I'm wondering if DirectX 12 is included in that since Enterprise is more of a business orientated OS. I'm also wondering about updates, does Enterprise get the same updates as Pro and Home? I'm not sure if it has gotten the anniversary update yet or other major updates.

I'm currently running 8.1 Enterprise which has always been stable for me but it doesn't have DX12 so I'm not sure if I want to install that on a new system. I did try 10 Enterprise on my Acer laptop but I was having issues with the sound and when I hit restart it would shut down or when I asked it to sleep it would shut down too or on some occasions do nothing.

What's my best option?

Windows 10 Education and Enterprise both include DirectX 12 support.

Windows 10 Education and Enterprise have certain features like Cortana, Edge and media features removed.

I recommend you go with Windows 10 Pro instead, since it provides all the standard features you will need. Windows 10 Education and Enterprise are really for large organizations such as enterprise business and college/universities that require the use of
an operating system that can be centrally managed.

Maybe it means no out of box driver, but the following thread confirms, it does support it:

my opinion is buy win10 home, or Pro if you need the extras that are not in home

 

Any particular reason why?
