Windows 10: Windows 10 Enterprise ISO File 1809 build

I purchased Win 10 Ent for the purposes of creating a WinToGo drive (rather than using Partition Assistant, WinToUSB, Rufus and Gimagex etc which don't support UEFI booting). The device and process works perfectly except, when I try and update the flash drive to Win 10 1809 build. It says that I cannot update to 1809 using the setup on a flash drive. So my question is there and 1809 version of Windows 10 Enterprise ISO file that I can download? or will Microsoft do the decent thing and allow Windows To Go be created with any other version of Windows 10 and not just the Enterprise edition.

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)
