Windows 10: Windows 10 Enterprise

I received a surface pro 4 from my employer that had windows enterprise installed and 0365. I reset the device to remove office and use my own O365 license, however I did not think about the windows license. The device is only 1 year old so I assumed the windows license it came with was valid, however the windows 10 license was upgraded to enterprise edition. now it states my license is about to expire. do I need to worry about it, or how do I go back to the original windows 10 that came with the unit. I do not have the original box or paperwork to know the original key? Do I have to re buy windows or what are my options? Thank you.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
