  1. Windows 10 Environment is Stuck in 60Hz when my Display can Output 165hz

I just downgraded from Windows 11 to Windows 10 and realized instantly that everything is stuck in 60hz and not 165hz the way it used to be in Windows 11. My mouse on the other hand is in 165 but everything else isn't. How do I fix this?

    :)

Can't change refresh rate to 60hz cuz Windows only shows 30hz

Connected my monitor (Samsung UH750) over HDMI 2.1 to my PC (750 TI with no DisplayPort) and it is stuck at 30hz even though the monitor has 60hz. The HDMI 2.0 cable supports 4k & 60hz also the monitors HDMI outputs support 60hz. Still Windows only shows
30hz or below (Windows 10) I also have installed latest drivers. Any help is welcome. Windows 10 Environment is Stuck in 60Hz when my Display can Output 165hz :)

Windows 10 Environment is Stuck in 60Hz when my Display can Output 165hz

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
