    Tras instalar net framework 4.8 y 3.5, me ha aparecido frecuentemente este error descrito en el titulo.

    Las aplicaciones que fallan son

    hpsystemeventutilitybackgroundlauncher.exe

    Update.exe

    Skypebride.exe


    Todas muestran estos .dll como los archivos dañados


    Vcruntime140_CLR0400.dll

    ucrtbase_clr0400.dll

    Hello, I am trying to update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 directly from notifications but I am getting this error after the setup is completed. I am getting this error after: C1900101-30018 Error
