Windows 10: Windows 10 Error 0xc000021a

Hello!

I have a problem when I turn on my PC I get the error 0xc000021a. I tried to do stuff like system repair and "Reset this PC", but I am always met with, "there was a problem resetting your PC". I kind of feel hopeless, but I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you for your time!
