    Hi! After installing Adobe Illustrator, I can see an unusual error on various websites like Facebook, in some e-mails, and pdf files when opened in Adobe Illustrator. I am attaching some screenshots! (Windows 10)

    Why do I not have access to “My Documents and Settings” in Windows 10?

    You are using Windows 10. C:\Documents and Settings\User Name, sounds like instructions for Windows XP or Vista.

    What Adobe setting do you need to change? Normally, you don't need to access a programs settings in File Explorer, formally Windows Explorer. File Explorer is where you access your personal files in the Documents, Music, Pictures libraries. Operating
    system files are found in File Explorer, too.

    You have to open the Adobe Illustrator program and find the options if you need to change Adobe Illustrator settings. You should not need to change Adobe settings in File Explorer.

    Now, if you can't find the Adobe Illustrator program, it may have been uninstalled when you upgraded to Windows 10. Your version of Adobe Illustrator might not be compatible with Windows 10. You can install it in compatibility mode, though.

    That's my question....is Windows 10 compatible with Adobe CS1 and/or Adobe illustrator and photoshop?
