Windows 10: Windows 10 error code 0xc000000f

I recently decided to replace my laptop 128GB with a 500GB one.

after failing to clone the old SSD in the new one I decided to go for a fresh OS install.


I made a windows install usb key and did the install on the SSD, everything went fine. BUT, since then, every time I do a restart I end up with the same error screen 0xc000000f c.f. screenshot. It's only happening on a restart, power off doesn't trigger this issue.

I've tried a lot of solution from out there, none of them fixed it:

- I've tried to repair the EFI bootloader without success maybe I made mistake there.

- Windows troubleshooting tool says it couldn't repair the computer.

- I finally did a chkdsk on my SSD, no problems found c.f. screenshot.

- In the BIOS there is only the SSD listed so I can't change the boot order.


Here's are some details:
OS: Windows 10
Laptop: Asus ROG Strix GL502V

New SSD: Kingston A2000 - 500 GB - M.2 - 2200 MB/s + I also have a built-in HDD of 1TB.
The SSD is a GPT partition and I believe I am on a UEFI System.

How can I finally fix this please??

Solve the error Code: 0xc000000f

Upon re set the PC and re install the windows 10 it has appears on the screen as failure of installation as the error Code: 0xc000000f.

Pl. give suggestions to help for re install the OS
