Windows 10: Windows 10 error code 31. Tried everything.

Hi, I'm using Windows 10 and a couple of months ago i saw that Windows had some driver updates but I already had installed drivers for example my GPU, sound card and other things but i anyway decided to install these after that I installed them and I restarted the laptop but now everything was pretty much messed up, there was no sound no battery icon telling me how much of the battery there is left , rough animations that were just like using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter my touchscreen didn't work and i saw that in the device manager it said that windows wasn't able to load the drivers for these devices, i tried many many things like formatting it many times local reinstall many ties cloud download, deleting the upper and lower filter values in registry, using windows troubleshooters, trying to install the intel hd driver from the intel's website it doesn't even open the setup it just says your system does not meet the minimum requirements, i bought a usb downloaded the media creation app and completely formatted the partition where Windows was installed, installed windows 10 again but nothing works anymore i have probably done even more things that what i mentioned above but i don't even remember. If anybody has any advice please help me.

I keep getting a error code 31 I used to had code 10 error and now it is code 31 error does anyone know how to fix it?

 

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
