    HiI am desperate and hoping someone can help me urgently. My laptop was working just fine yesterday and today it's completely blank.It first started off with a very long start up with message that said "Preparing Windows and then Fixing Windows" as I was logging into my profile. Once my profile opened a message appeared saying "We can't sign into your account."After numerous attempts to restart my laptop in safe mode and that not helping, I disabled my antivirus as suggested on your support site. Still nothing worked so followed the next step and tried to disable Windows Defender services, but

    error message

    Hi I got this error when I was trying to load windows essential into windows 10, error: 0x80070660 also it said source: crt110-i386. I have tried different registry cleaners but no luck, oh the windows 10 was a fresh install, I have not had this error before,any ideas before I format the drive again.

    Did you try going into Services.msc and checking to see if the User Profile Service is running? If it isn't, try starting it and see what error message it gives you.
