Windows 10: Windows 10 Error, Unable to Shutdown properly and Unknown App Preventing Shutdown

Hi,


I've been using windows 10 for years now, and since 2017 I've been struggling with this shutdown problem where I couldn't shutdown my laptop properly. I've tried many things from sfc/ scannow, System Repair and many other things but they seems didn't work out the way they supposed to be. (My Win10 is updated regularly, never skip one). Here's a general view of my problem:


- When I try to shutdown my Win10 it sometimes stuck with unknown app preventing shutdown with error in it and we need to force shutdown my laptop, but even without that unknown app preventing my shutdown session my laptop still won't shutdown properly, it'll get stuck in black screen with the power still running and I need to force shutdown my laptop everytime and now my HDD broke and since.I switch it now with a new SSD, I thought that it will solve the problem but no, the problem still there.


I'm at my wits end and I'll be thankful if you could help me with this problem.

When I shutdown I get the message "this app. is preventing shutdown". Last night it showed 'DDES window'. I can't find what DDES window is. I went through the msconfig list and I don't see anything that seems to match. What is DDES window?
