Windows 10: Windows 10 error

Hello. I bought a used computer that had Windows 10 on it, but it worked slowly, so I did a factory reset. I've back up my documents on usb.the problem is that i can't start it at all. When I want to log in to the admin profile, they show me an error. I tried to start in safe mode but the screen goes black. please help
