Windows 10: Windows 10 error

HI

Sorry for my loose English.


I wanted to uninstall a previously installed windows update.


when im going to uninstall by windows setting there is no option to uninstall that update.

i tried it with advanced restart option : cannot unistall update...........................


so i decided to try windows restore



All times when i going to restore my windows always errors appear : restore didnt completed succses fully.


So i

use sfc scan

chk dsk

disk repair


As a result i lost my all restore points


why this happening.


What for these tools if there arent working huh?


i know last option is to reset my pc.

by the way i hate resseting my pc
