Windows 10: Windows 10 error

I have a HP windows 10 Home laptop, Since recently my laptop been having errors. When i open task manager this error comes up Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskmgr.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again. This also happens to command prompt when i open as admin
