Windows 10: Windows 10 errors

So i'm having problems with my laptop my keyboard and my touchpad does not work and only a wireless mouse will work when i try other devices, also when i restart my computer and sign in i get a MKCHelper.exe error.


MY parent and i have uninstalled the drivers, We've tried to roll back the latest update and still nothing any help?
