Windows 10: Windows 10 ethernet interface intermittently disappears at the login lock screen

HelloWe have a single laptop on our domain which is exhibiting strange behavior.Ever since we joined this laptop to the domain, its ethernet interface sometimes becomes unavailable at the lock screen login.The only remedy is to join our wifi network via the bottom right hand corner network icon on the lock screen and login.Once logged in, the ethernet interface immediately becomes available.We've reviewed our GPO's to see if any of the policies could be causing this scenario, but no luck so far.Has anyone seen this before and if so do you have any suggestions as to why this may be occurring?

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!
