Windows 10: Windows 10 event 3010 cannot find security catalogue file

EVENT 3010:Code Integrity was unable to load the Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package02~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1165.cat catalog.Status 0xC0000034 FILE NOT_FOUNDThis is part of update KB5005033, the August update to 21H1, and this was installed perfectly, no errors reported. It SHOULD have been replaced by a later LCU, but maybe there is a build bug in one of the replacements, and links and pointers are not fully or properly remapped. It should be noted that NOW, Microsoft integrates the latest LCU WITHIN rollup packaged updates.NOTE: DO NOT suggest the various DISM commands,

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Events 4672 & 4624 Win 10 Freezes - special LOGON ?

1. Are you on a domain network?
   
2. May I know the make and the model number of your system?
   

The event logs you have provided seems to be the security logs that is generated when you login to your system. For more information on the event that was generated, you can check
4672(S): Special privileges assigned to new logon.

The Windows error logs will be located at Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System.

Please follow the step below and check if it works for you.
