Windows 10: Windows 10, Event 7022, The LSM service hung on starting

Hi, need some help.I have a problem that failed to enter windows when I power on my computer occasionally. When I check the windows event, I find that this problem occurred with the event 7022. The general of the event is "The LSM service hung on starting". Any help would be appreciated? Here is the error in the event viewer:

1. Do you get any errors on screen after logon that mentions "Local Session Manager"?
   
2. Are you connected to a domain network or do you use and Remote login tools?
   

The issue could be related to Local Session Manager Service, however, we will try to narrow down the issue to understand why we are seeing this error.



Method 1: Set LSM service to start automatically.

1. Run Command Prompt as administrator.
   
2. Search for command prompt in the start menu.
   
3. Right click on CMD and run it as administrator.
   
4. Type in the below command and hit enter
   

• sc config LSM start= auto
  
  
• sc start LSM
  

Method 2: Run SFC scan.

I also suggest you to
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.

I started getting this error message in Event Viewer after the last update "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809". I am getting at least 7-10 of these errors per day since the update. This didn't happen prior to the update.

Windows 10 keeps losing Internet connection since Windows update Dec 2015

hmm interesting. that error indicates a service is hung in the start-pending state. have a look in your eventviewer for a events with id 7022. the messages should say which service is having the issue.
