Windows 10: Windows 10 Exact Taskbar and Start Menu Colour

Hi.

In Windows 10 1809 whenever you change the accent colour to a custom colour the window border colour is set to the exact colour you chose however the taskbar and start menu colour are changed slightly.

For example:

The custom accent colour set was: #66cbea
The window border has this colour exactly:




However the taskbar has the colour #41b7db




and the start menu the colour #4fc3e6




Is there a way to disable this colour changing / darkening so that the window borders, taskbar and start menu all have the exact same hex colour.

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
What do you think?

Making the Taskbar/Start Menu match Window border colours exactly?


Hi everyone,

I recently began making a custom theme, and have just started changing the theme colours. I used the registry editor to use a custom colour, and it has worked for the borders around windows. However the taskbar and start menu colour is much a much brighter colour than the custom colour I chose. Check the image below to see what I mean.





Also note that I am using an aero theme which increases the window border width etc. In case that makes a difference.

Hopefully someone knows how to make the two match exactly,
