    Any timeline on when new devices will come with Windows Phone 8.1 Update?

    Actually, I believe most of the newer devices (625, 725, etc.) are being shipped from the cellular providers with WinPhone 8.1 and most of update 1.

    Now, if you're looking for the latest Denim update, that's already being shipped OTA for a number of the newer units already in many markets (SEAsia, Europe, etc.) Another major release date for Denim (on additional devices) is currently slated for early
    January (I believe).

    In addition, if you are on the Developer's Preview program, a number of builds have already been sent out which contain many of the features contained within Denim.
