Windows 10: Windows 10 Explorer Causing Ram Memory Increase

Hi,


For reasons I can't quite understand every time I refresh my desktop (right click) I'm having my Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) rise in memory (RAM) in my Task Manager so I have to restart it every time to have normal memory usage but then again same thing happen every refresh


Rest assured this is not a virus, I'm not sure if it's some updates issue or my fault,

my guessing it's due to some registry twist or third party software I'm not sure...

although I did remove (Wise Care, Advanced systemcare, CCleaner)


So if there is anyway to restore the default explorer...

Edit : All my drivers and Windows are up to date

Note : System Restore is not an option.

Also please don't tell me to use sfc scannow i'm not that dumb
