Windows 10: Windows 10 exprorer.exe freez

Hello!

Got a problem with windows explorer, freezing like a god.

When I try to attach fail via mail or just right-clicking on file getting freezes for 10-60 seconds after that few minutes work fine.

I have tried to remove the user account from pc, turning off file indexing, Cortana, uninstalled all updates. Nothing helps.

SFC scan didn't help, image restore didn't help as well.

But on the same PC when I log in with different domain user he won't have any problems.

Don't have an error or warning messages in Event viewer Except ESSET warning

Network discs have disconnected, file and printer share disabled.

Maybe someone can help me to figure the problem?
