    Hi All

    Just touching base on Windows 10 Facebook & Messenger Apps. They still aren't working on my end. Even after the latest update. Which was Sat 15/10/ 2016.

    Any suggestions & ideas, would be appreciated. Thankyou.

    I currently use windows 10 32bit desktop pc ! I update my built in apps Facebook & messenger ! But not working ! When I click apps coming but not working automatically stopped apps ! Places solutions !

    facebook messenger not working on my Lumia 730

    A you mention a Lumia 730, that's a WP8.1 original phone and supported for upgrading to windows 10 mobile.

    The thing with Facebook messenger is that Facebook (the app developer) has dropped support for Windows phone 8.1 and older for the Facebook messenger app.

    That means that Facebook messenger will no longer work on any WP8.1 running phone.

    So upgrade your 730 to windows 10 mobile and you can use the app again

    I have the same problem. I downloaded the Facebook and Messenger apps from the Store and they both instantly close/crash when opened. I can't even get to login so it's definitely not just you.
