Windows 10: Windows 10 factory reset

I was performing a factory reset on my to pavilion 11-ad010TU and I accidently shut down my laptop when it was reinstalling Windows. Once I restarted the laptop a warning message appeared that said the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error Windows installation cannot proceed. It then says to click ok to restart the computer, after doing this it shows the same message again and again. Please help!!

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

• When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
