Windows 10: Window's 10 factory reset

Hello, I want to do a factory reset on my window's 10 computer but when I hit the "Get Started" button in "Reset this PC" it does nothing can somebody help? I have factory reset once before and it worked perfectly last time.


PS: Don't ask why I have at least 50 reason's and I have been trying to fix my computer for day's.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

• When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
