Windows 10: Windows 10 Factory Reseting

I am currently trying to factory reset my windows 10 pc. When I go to factory reset or as i will call it fr i go and do it through Update & Security > Recovery > Reset This Pc. I then try to clear all of the files on my pc and an error pops up saying that i dont have windows installation or recovery media installed. So i did what most people would do and i looked it up. I tried almost every single method and when i go to install the media tool off of the microsoft page it installs. When i go through every thing that its says i should i click either use a usb or make a ISO file (which ive done both now) it will load for a litlle bit but then say there is a problem. I dont know how to fix this at all so any tips or tutorials would help.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
