Windows 10: Windows 10 fail after resetting

Hello, my name is Povilas, i'm new to these forums and i'm looking for help, hope that someone here could gelp me. I installed windows 10 and wanted to reset my pc so it would be clean. I left it to reset and came back after ~ 1h and I saw that it shows an error " your pc ran into a problem and needs restarting " and it keeps restarting over and over again shoving the same message. Also it says inaccessible_boot_device. Please help

Thank you for your reply an sorry for the late response.

I downloaded the file to a USB stick.

I turned on my PC after inserting the stick, hit the F12 key upon startup, I choose from where to start the OS: I got into 'Select a Boot First device', then 'Hard drive' and there I chose the USB stick (named as: USB-HDD0: SanDisk Cruzer U). Then a message
appeared ''Loading operating system', but unfortunately nothing else happened.

I verified that the downloaded file was indeed on the stick.

Any suggestions ?
