Hi,I have been trying using Windows Upgrade Assistant to upgrade my Windows 10 to 21H2. It failed with the following error:The error code is 0x80004005 - 0x1000AThe installation failed in the DOWNLEVEL phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation.I have visited similar questions on internet, but I haven't been able to fix my issue. I tried to follow https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-the-bcd-in-windows-2624508, but the Command Prompt option is not available from Advanced Start-up options > Troubleshoot with Advanced options on my PC. I only have Exit to AOMEI Winddows

I have tried everything. The latest error is

I don't understand these but I have been having this problem for a long time now and could never install 1809 so I thought 1903 would maybe work but it don't.

I tried Windows 10 ISO and that didn't work. I did the Update Assistant 3 times and that got me the closest. I have deleted all the files they said to delete and retry and nothing works. I have been working on this for months.

Also I am obviously not a computer tech so I need the steps explained.

while using the update assitant or the media creation tool, i get the error 0x80004005 - 0x1000A.
