Windows 10: Windows 10 Failed Windows Update Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 - Error 0x800706be

Hello,I am not able to carry out any Windows updates on my PC.I get the 'There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 - Error 0x800706be2022-03 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4023057 - Error 0x800706be'.I have tried the suggestion in this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-will-not-accept-my-updates-error/1c620e5d-9746-4f28-9339-cca1ce98733d but this doesn't work.I've also tried running DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command to try to clean

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.
