Windows 10: Windows 10 fails to start.

When I turned my PC on suddenly it showed blue screen of death and the message was inaccessible boot device. Then automatic repair came and I tried to reset my PC it was showing your pc can't be reset then I tried to boot it into safe mode and nothing is happening every time I boot my PC a message under windows logo comes preparing Windows repair can't even disable it. I can't do sfc/ scannow through cmd Please help.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
