    Something Happened and we couldnt install a feature

    The next cumulative security update for Windows 10 Version 1703 should be released on 12 September (if not sooner).

    And the Fall (Autumn) Creators Update (another Feature update) will probably be released next month, too.

    Surely when it's Fall/Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere, the Southern Hemisphere is transitioning from Winter to Summer, what all of us in the north call Spring when that seasonal change happens to us?

    Will the antipodeans get a Spring Creators Update then?

    Can anyone point to anywhere on an installed system where it actually call itself 'Creators Update' ? It's 'version 1703, os build 15063...' everywhere I look. the Fall/Autumn naming only seems to be used on the advertising/info web pages...

    I don't think you'll find that reference any where but online. I haven't gone specifically looking for it in Windows, but fir what its worth, I haven't seen any such reference.

    LOL. yep, Faf... it will be an Autumn update in Spring for us (...on the proper side of the globe) *Smile

    Nice that MS has finally realised there are people outside of the US... but now to get rid of the seasonal naming.. may take a few more releases, but here's hoping *Wink

    Agreed. Maybe something to do with entities in the universe like galaxies then planets. Milky Way, Andromeda, Sombrero would be good names I think. They should pick some other themes which is what is done with the Mac OS and Android. These would be more memorable or distinctive I think as well.
