Windows 10: Windows 10 "feature update" 2004 broke my display drivers

Since updating the "feature update" Windows 10 2004 on the 27th I've noticed two things:

1) The Freesync feature of my monitor no longer works.

2) Various things from scrolling through web pages, to videos, to even the mouse cursor movement appears choppy or stuttery

I've updated my display drivers (AMD) to the latest available version and for good measure reinstall the drivers for my monitor. It's still busted.

Specs:

Mobo: Gigabyte B250M-DS3H

CPU: Intel G4560

RAM: 16 GBs Corsair 2400MHz

GPU: MSI Gaming X 470 4 GB

VBIOS: 113-V34111-F4

AMD driver: 20.8.3 (latest version)

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 (19041.450)

Windows Show Hide not hiding 2004 feature update

Show/Hide has always worked for me. Yesterday I had about 10 updates show. I want to install all BUT the 2004 Feature Update, so hid that in Show/Hide. It shows as hidden there, but when I check Windows Update again the next day, it is still listed. Normally, it would not be and all other updates would be. Now all are there and I do not yet care to install the feature update.

Any ideas / suggestions?

Windows 10 broke my steam

Method 1: Try updating the Video card drivers and check if it helps.



Follow the steps to update the Video card driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Video card listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.

Method 2: Try installing the game in Compatibility mode and check.



Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Right click the Game setup file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
• Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
• Try installing the Game and check.

If still the issue persist then I suggest you to follow the suggestion provided by crazzilla replied on August 3, 2015 from the below link and check if it helps.

Feature Update Win 10 Pro 2004

The Feature Update Win 10 2004 appears to have installed successfully on my computer.

It is listed in Settings, System, About.

However, the Update has wiped out all of my previous Windows Update, View Update History which is now blank.

Moreover, the Feature Update Win 10 2004 itself is not listed in Settings, Update and Security, Windows Update, View Update History.

Is this important?

And if so, how can it be repaired?
