Windows 10: Windows 10 feature update version 20H2 stuck in loop

Hi,my parents pc seems to be stuck in an infinite loop of updating 20H2i've tried:command prompt SFC/scannow procedure and disc clenup.although there were no errors, it didn't solve the problem.i've tried windows update troubleshooter. didn't solve the problem either.i've tried these as listed on another persons query:**Run the Windows Update troubleshooter. What?? There's no version like '2004 20H2'. 2004 is the update which was launched in May 2020 and 20H2 on October 2020. You may have been mistaken.

Anyway, how long has it been stuck like that?

Feature updates take a really long time to download and install because of the file's size. Therefore you should ensure that you have:

1. A fast internet connection.
   
2. Plenty of storage.
   
3. No apps running while it's downloading and installing.
