Windows 10: Windows 10 feature update

Discus and support Windows 10 feature update in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm trying to update my device to windows 10 1909 but but it stuck on 100% for hours and then fails Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 - Error...     Windows 10 feature update


    I'm trying to update my device to windows 10 1909 but but it stuck on 100% for hours and then fails Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 - Error 0x80d02002.

    I tried installing the update using windows 10 update assistant, but also it reaches like 74% and then says "installation failed" with error code 0x80070032.

    I left nothing untried, those where you modify thing in services and CMD, and my region settings are true. windows update diagnostics didn't do anything.. I searched for days on web and tried every possible solution and nothing happened.

    Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

    Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

    I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
