    Windows 10 Feature Updates


    I cannot update my tablet to feature update 1909 - it does numerous things including installing 100%, downloading 100% then freezing, telling me there is insufficient space despite the folders being empty or deleted each time. I've also had error message 0x80070002 but then the next time it says insufficient space again.


    I've tried forcing a shutdown and restarted several times as suggested previously but this is not making any difference.


    The current version is 1809 so it looks as if the update for 1903 wasn't received and I'm not sure if that's part of the problem. I'm not very technical so need some basic assistance on how to correct and update the latest version PLEASE!!!

    Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

    Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

    I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
