Windows 10: Windows 10 file browser keeps jerking around.

The file browser keeps bouncing around. I have seen multiple complaints about this with no resolutions. It is the most annoying thing ever. I will be trying to drag and drop photos and it jumps, AND then I have copies made of the files...or it jumps just as I am releasing on a folder and it actually drops the files in a different folder. This started a month or two ago...drives me nuts. I read an article about unchecking the "automatically choose accent color" but mine was already unchecked...so I am still dealing with this garbage.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10: The Browser constantly moves or jerks

1. i only use chrome i don't like the IE explorer,

2. i don't know what file explorer is guess i don't use that application,

3. it does not happen with documents like word or office,

4. i have tried updating my mouse driver and it says it is up to date also recently changed mice due to the same issue

5.my computer is a costume made i have not had it long maybe 6-8 months bought last year
