Windows 10: Windows 10 File Explorer: Edge PDF Viewer popup when previewing PDF with fillable forms

We have a user that has started to get this popup when previewing PDF's with fillable forms, clicking OK makes it go away and allows document to preview. We have Adobe Reader latest version installed and set as default PDF viewer. User wants to know if this window can be disabled? It adds an extra step to actions she has to perform dozens to hundreds of times a day. Even after combing through settings and searching for this, it does not look like many people have been affected by this

Fillable PDF Forms

This is an update on a previous thread. My first thread stated a problem with my inability to enter info in a PDF form. The fillable area did not show up. In my latest attempt I switched to Internet Explorer from Edge and I was able to enter info.

Unable to enter info using Win 10 Edge. Able to enter data after I switched to Internet Explorer. Apparently cannot use Edge browser to download fillable PDF forms

thanks for suggestion. i tried both, but neither worked. even with using Edge as pdf reader, and resetting and restarting, pdf previews in explorer, regardless of which default pdf viewer used, resulted in very small window in preview pane.
