Windows 10: Windows 10 File Explorer Flickering

    Windows 10 File Explorer Flickering


    Windows 10 file explorer is flashing. An image does not do it justice.
    What could be causing this?

    File Explorer has gone crazy after last nights upgrade.

    My only has icons instead of full descriptions. I can not get back to a point where I have tabs that actually say something. Please tell me how to get my view repaired? help... Help.... HELP!!!

    File Explorer for Windows 10

    Windows 10 base system here recently updated and with File Explorer, if you minimise it the window flickers for ages going in some sort of loop, even if you select to close it the window continues for a few minutes before it shuts down and makes the windows
    wallpaper flicker, taskbar disaapear, flicker, reset and back to normal.

    Can only open Windows File Explorer in full view and not minimise, or move to second screen..

    Anyone else?

    I did system restore and this fixed the issues.
