Windows 10: Windows 10 File Explorer not responding after trying to create a New Folder

Hey, I cannot create anything new like a Folder or a Text Document because Explorer kept crashing. Do I have to do something here?

File Explorer. To do this, kindly follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key and type "file explorer" to open File Explorer.
• Click Desktop.
• Under the Home tab, select the New folder option.
• Create a name for your folder.
