  1. Windows 10 File Manager Jumps to Top /Bottom When Saving

When I try to save any type of file in File Manager every few seconds the file manager will move or jump to the top of bottom of my list of files. I read all the 'FIXES' in the MS Answers & forums. Most say the "CHOOSE A COLOR" is the culprit and we must turn OFF the "Automatically Pick an Accent Color from my background:. But I already have this OFF. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    :)

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Jump/Scroll to Top or Bottom?

If it's in an app then that's up to the developer to implement Jumps Lists. Jump Lists show up where need after a certain amount of content or apps are available within the OS.
