Windows 10: Windows 10 filesystem error -2144927436

Hi I'm getting this error and the following doesn't work all of a sudden

• 
  Start Button doesn't work
  
  
• 
  Windows settings wont open
  
  
• 
  Most items on toolbar won't work
  
  
• 
  Windows +X or Windows +i don't work
  
  
• 
  video files won't open
  
  
• 
  Audio doesn't work
  

[COLOR=rgba68, 74, 88, 1]I have attempted running [/COLOR]sfc /scannow[COLOR=rgba68, 74, 88, 1] and [/COLOR]dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth[COLOR=rgba68, 74, 88, 1] and restarting on the completion of DISM.[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba68, 74, 88, 1]but it doesn't work DISM. DISM returns error 582.[/COLOR]

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
