Windows 10: Windows 10 flashing then going away with a black screen

I've recently gotten a old pc that I wanted to fix and when I downloaded a copy of windows 10 it boots up then acouple of seconds go by and the windows 10 logo appears for 2 seconds and goes away and after I waited nothing happens its just a black screen with a flashing line The specs for this is is quite old haha its a gt 710 350W power supply 256GB of ssd storage intel core 2 quad cpu q8300 2.5Ghz and 2048MB of memory.

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
