Windows 10: Windows 10 flickering after login

Hello I'm having issues with flickering caused by the Storage services after I login I am unable to use my computer for a couple of minutes as it flickers black.If I disable storage services it does not cause this issue however I am unable to use and windows store apps including my xbox app which I have a subscription for, quite annoying as you may see.I have followed the steps of many other answers to similar problems that other users have had to no avail. Including installing the latest update to windows 10 which was a massive hassle on it's own because the update was blocked by conexant au

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Stuck at the login screen, flickering

Hi Jenny,

Provide us with the below information to assist you better.

• What is the make and model of you computer?
• Do you see any error message/code flashing when the screen turns black?

This issue could be caused due to the outdate drivers on your computer updating the drivers may fix the problem for you.

If would suggest you to try using another mouse and check if you are able to login, if the keyboard is functioning fine you can use Tab key to navigate to different options on login screen to enter your password to sign in to your computer.
